Refund policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Please note: items not returned within this 30-day window are considered final sale.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
· In its original, unworn, and unused condition.
· All original tags and security seals must be attached and intact.
· In the original packaging.
· Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Special Notes:
· Silk Ties: Must be free of any folding marks, stains, or damage to the silk fabric.
· Security Tags: Do not remove the security tags from wristwatches or silk ties. Removal voids the return eligibility entirely.

3. Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from our approval, please contact customer service at +1 (800) 594-5161.
Exchanges: For the fastest exchange, we recommend returning your original item (once accepted) and placing a new order for the desired item.
